Package costs are billed automatically the 1st of each month. 30 days notice is required for cancellation. No partial refunds will be made. No unused hours are carried forward. During our monthly call we will work together to accurately plan the best use of your package hours. Increasing/Decreasing package plan requires 30 days notice. Overage hours will be billed the 1st of the next month.
