*(Kickstart limitations: If your Kickstart involves migration from a current system there are limitations to the number of autoresponder sequences that will be migrated. Up to two current autoresponder sequences migrated. Up to 2 current web forms migrated. Up to 2 product purchase sequences migrated.
** Your products will be migrated but only two purchase sequences will be setup.
*** Two autoresponder sequences associated with two webforms are included.
Kickstart does not include the migration of evergreen or live webinar events. Kickstart does not include any customization of the Infusionsoft shopping cart base theme other than branding. These additional services can be quoted separately.)
Infusionsoft Migration
Includes Basic Setup with the addition of:
- Creation of a migration plan detailing movement from current systems to Infusionsoft
- Migration of purchase followup sequence
- Migration of optin form followup marketing sequences
- Creation of Email templates
- Replacement of web, Facebook and Sales/Lead page optin form code.
- Transferring recurring orders
- Replace product purchase connections on sites
- Order forms, thank you pages and testing.
- Other activities identify in the Migration Plan
These services are billed by the project hour. We will do our best to give you an estimate of hours needed however, due to the nature of migration services project focus will be driven by the Migration Plan. We will provide you a weekly summary of work completed and frequent evaluation of the Migration Plan will be done with you via phone meetings.
CustomerHub/Infusionsoft Support
As Customer Hub is in its ending life cycle with Infusionsoft we encourage the migration to another membership program. All Digital Support has vast experience with Customer Hub and can provide regular support or assist in your migration to a new system.
Active Campaign Support – Hourly
All Digital Support will work to setup your Active Campaign system or provide support for your existing system.
Set up may include:
- Current and most common tags
- Follow up marketing or purchase sequences
- Digital files migrated
- Webforms(***limitations apply)
- Email and newsletter template development
We also provide integration services with several shopping carts and merchant account services. Because each installation and systems integration is different all Active Campaign services are performed as hourly or retainer services.
